Access Methods & Connectivity

The lock supports seven ways to unlock: via the mobile app, Bluetooth, mechanical keys, card, Wi‑Fi, password, and fingerprint.

It features a built-in doorbell and offers multi-language voice prompts. The Tuya version supports:

Integration with smart home platforms such as Alexa, Tuya, and Google Assistant is also provided.

Installation & Compatibility

This smart lock is designed for doors with a thickness of 35–55mm and can be installed using the provided kit. It replaces your existing mortise lock while reusing current drill holes, and standard screws accommodate door thicknesses from 35mm to 75mm—with longer screws available upon request.

Robust Design & Durability

Built for outdoor use, the lock boasts an IP65 (or IP66 protection level) rating, ensuring resistance to water and dust. Its polished finish and reversible handle make it compatible with a variety of door types—steel, wood, brass, and stainless steel—while operating reliably within a temperature range of -35°C to 55°C.

Power & Remote Management

Powered by 4 AA batteries, the lock is engineered for long battery life (up to two years) and includes a low battery reminder and emergency power options. Remote management via the Tuya/SmartLife app allows you to review access records, share temporary or one-time passwords, and manage user permissions. The product comes with a 2-year warranty, and all customs taxes have been prepaid.
